Insurance Business development Executive : Coventry : Excellent position!

Basic c £25,000 - £ 40,000 DOE + Bonus, Pension.

Our client is a leading Independent insurance Broker who has been trading for over 10 years in the Midlands. They are now looking for sales driven insurance professionals to assist driving the business forward in the New Year.


Your will be required to:-


• Provide a comprehensive Commercial insurance service to potential new customers.




• Develop an initial and ongoing knowledge and understanding of customer requirements, and ensure these are met at all times.




• Offer advice and guidance on risk management issues.




• Handle Personal insurance requirements of connected Commercial clients.




• To maintain appropriate, regular contact with existing customers, to ensure their insurance requirements continue to be met until hand over to Existing Business Executive.



For this position our client requires you will have experience in:-


• The UK General Insurance market in respect of both Personal and Commercial insurances.
• Risk assessment in major Commercial classes of insurance, including Fire and Perils, Business Interruption, Liability and Motor Fleet.
• Industrial processes, security requirements, Health & Safety legislation and risk management techniques.
• Sales techniques and methods.
• Budget assessing methods and requirements.
• Credit management procedures.
• Attainment of relevant professional qualification.
