Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a Technology Company who are looking to appoint a HR Manager for a fixed term of 10 months, to operationally support the implementation of Human Resources strategies and plans for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Support Global HR Director to develop and implement an effective HR plan
• Manage An International HR Team
• Develop company-wide understanding of and ensure consistent implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
• Provide a customer focused operational service to the International Team on all aspects of people management.
• Contribute to delivery of the HR plan and budget
• Attend and contribute to HR planning/review meetings.
• Prepare and present monthly HR reports to Global HR Director and prepare other relevant management information as required.
• Management of entire recruitment process for designated offices to ensure an efficient and effective approach to recruitment
• Hold exit interviews as required .
• Participation in regional external salary and benefits surveys
• Participate in the Induction Process
• Manage and drive the Performance Review process
• Working closely with line managers, sensitively and professionally oversee all employee relations issues, providing advice and coaching as appropriate to managers and consulting with Global HR Director as appropriate.


Person Specification:

• At least two years generalist experience, operating at a senior level, preferably in a technology environment
• Advanced Excel skills : Essential : including Pivot tables and V-Lookups
• Experience of managing an international HR Team
• Providing HR support and advice across a number of offices requiring different approaches
• Up to date knowledge of employment law and contracts of employment
• CIPD Qualified
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and spoken
