Job Information

Cameron James are pleased to be working with a leading European manufacturer looking to add to their current HR team with an HR & Payroll Assistant. This is a 12 month maternity cover contract with a salary of up to Β£22,000.


The main responsibilities of the role are:



• To provide administrative support across a broad range of tasks
• To attend meetings relating to employee relations issues
• Deliver advice on simple employee relations queries.
• To administer all new starter contracts, leavers and contractual changes
• Liaise across all departments for recruitment needs, arrange interviews and deliver feedback
• You will organise training and inductions and update all information for auditable reasons
• You will provide further support by populating MI reports and inputting the monthly payroll.
• Other generalist tasks will include L&D admin, collating newsletter articles and updating the internal intranet.



It’s a busy and varied role, therefore you’ll need to have excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude, coupled with the ability to work accurately and a passion for providing exceptional levels of service to both our internal and external customers. Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.


The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualification or equivalent.
