Job Information

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join a friendly and professional broker in Leeds to provide client service support to existing clients with a broad range of queries.

Main duties will include;

• To handle all incoming written and verbal queries swiftly and professionally
• Ensuring the task diaries are kept up to date
• Providing support to other members of the operations department as required
• Ensure contract certainty is achieved through the timely production and distribution of policy documentation, including but not limited to quotations and statements of fact
• Review, investigate and respond to client complaints in line with the complaint handling procedure.
• Issuing quotations and mid-term amendments
• Dealing with basic accounts queries and referring over to the accounts department as appropriate


The successful candidate will ideally have experience within either Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance and have an understanding of FSA regulatory. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment would be considered essential along with the ability to manage a number of active tasks.

This opportunity would be perfect for someone looking to progress from Personal Lines into the Commercial market as full training will be provided in this area.
