Job Information

Cameron James are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading Not for Profit Company in Leeds looking to add to their HR team with a Resourcing Officer.

The key responsibilities of this role will encompass:

• To develop with key stakeholders robust recruitment plans for each department and vacancy
• To confidently advise on the best recruitment and selection tools
• To quickly upskill yourself on the various positions and roles in the company, take vacancy briefs and produce advertisements from these
• Evaluation of role profiles, salary benchmarking and employment checks required
• To proactively source candidates directly, and engage the services of specialist agencies when appropriate at the best fee rates
• To represent HR at interviews when appropriate and deliver feedback to candidates
• To update the HR system and produce monthly recruitment reports
• To actively engage in the HR team, contributing ideas for provision of better service
• To balance recruitment costs with set budget, and take the lead in checking invoices for recruitment

The ideal person will:

• Have practical experience from within a recruitment environment
• Have managed end to end recruitment processes
• Be able to step into cover Generalist HR duties as required
• Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
