I am currently recruiting for a well-organised, articulate and experienced Administrator to join a professional services organisation near Mitchim in South West London

The position is to join an established growing team, where the successful candidate be required to assist with all filing and general administration for the company.

They will have excellent IT skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as being able to work independently. They will be articulate as they will be required to communicate to all levels of the business professionally.

This is a personable organisation and training will be given to the successful candidate.

This is an urgent position and therefore the candidate needs to be able to start immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Retrieve, sort, and file all information
• Maintain an arranged file room
• Assist in training of other clerical staff in scanning key documents
• Maintain a day by day productivity log of scanning and indexing activities
• Copy and fax, sort mail. hand out reports and memos
• Sort material in accordance with filing system used
• Collect materials to be filed from company and staff
• Record materials removed and take back those not returned
• Remove and trash out-of-date materials
• Screen and direct incoming calls
• Determine routine problems in office
• Add or remove data to file records
• Type and file information on folders
• Find out where material will be filed
• Locate and eliminate materials from files upon request
