Cameron James are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Not for Profit Social Organisation currently looking for a Regional HR Advisor to join their team, predominantly based out of York with travel to another 2 locations in Yorkshire involved.

Working in the care side of this organisation you will be a current HR Advisor with ideally CIPD qualification or significant experience looking to move into a forward thinking company where your ideas and contributions really are listened to and count.

Responsibilities:

• To provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on policies, procedures and good practice for all levels of informal and formal grievance, disciplinary and attendance matters.
• To actively support and contribute towards changes to HR policies and procedures as appropriate. To provide support with training and briefing sessions for specific HR related changes.
• To support reward processes such as pay reviews and individual pay changes
• To support the job evaluation and personal development processes across the organisation, supporting managers in achieving these to time frames.
• To support all levels on attendance management, advising and monitoring return to work meetings, formal stages of managing attendance as well as involving Occupational Health, supporting with phased return to works and adjustments as well as welfare arrangements.
• To actively engage stakeholders in the recruitment processes, participating in interview panels and advising managers on innovative recruitment methods and approaches.


The ideal person:

• Full CIPD qualified or significant experience in an HR role at Advisor level.
• Excellent personal organisation and time management
• Demonstrable experience and awareness of current employment law changes and the implications for the wider business
• Confidence to design and deliver briefings to staff and management in effective manner
• Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive and friendly approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Passionate about offering an outstanding HR service to all levels of the business
• You must be a driver with your own vehicle
