• Basic salary from £18-£22k

Daily duties

The role will also involve cold calling, building relationships and networking with potential clients, selling your services. The role is very fast paced with targets needing to be met but offer great financial incentives in return!

• Business development calls
• Interviewing candidates
• Arranging interviews and meetings
• Building strong rapport with both candidates and clients
• Selling candidates to roles
• CV searching
• Meeting and exceeding targets
• Updating with candidates
• Gaining leads and converting these
• Taking and filling jobs


Ideal candidate

• Previous recruitment or sales experience
• Target driven
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
