My client, based in Keighley, Bradford, is looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team. This role would be well suited to someone with lots of experience within a Sales Ledger position and somebody looking for longevity in a role.



Main Duties:



• Produce monthly, weekly and daily sales invoices
• Balance monthly sales ledger
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Small amount of telephone debt collecting (Not Credit Control)
• Dealing with customer queries
• Process credits
• Routine monthly and yearly invoices
• Updating cash-flow spreadsheets




Ideal candidate:



• 3+ years’ experience in a Sales Ledger role
• Experience of both high volume, low value and low volume, high value ledgers
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
• Experienced with Sage




This role will suit someone who is a team player and is confident with both Sage and Microsoft Office packages . For this role my client is looking at offering up to Β£20,000 dependant on experience.
