An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client which is a prestigious International company within the Agricultural Sector. They are looking for an academically strong big four trained Internal Audit Specialist to join the business.



Reporting into the Director of Reporting and Control this role will be a ‘hands on’ position, you will responsible for the full internal audit function across the group of companies. Key duties and responsibilities will include;



• Assist to the global director on group US GAAP audit by working with big four;
• Monitoring the subsidiaries’ statutory audits by providing advice and guidance in planning, agreeing and closing of audit actions within timescales;
• Group finance policies maintenance and conduction;
• Coordinate with legal department to assure the accounting compliance;
• Coordinate with group training;
• Maintain internal finance filling system;
• Assist global director on variance financial analysis;
• Ad-Hoc works




The successful candidate will possess a technically strong background and be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial and technical aptitude. It is essential you will be ACA Qualified, ideally from the Big Four



Requirements for the role are as follows:



• At least 4 years external audit or internal audit management experience, ideally from big four;
• Solid US GAAP knowledge. The update to date FRS102 knowledge is an advantage;
• Experience of risk control and financial compliance;
• Solid accounting background with ACCA or CIMA qualification;
• Strong communication and coordination skill is essential of this role;
• Can Do attitude, flexibility and creativity are essential.
