Commercial Insurance Account Handler

Location: Hounslow, Middlesex

Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 + 20 Days Holiday ++

The position of Commercial Account Handler:





• Work closely with management in broking new and existing business
• Renewals
• Mid Term Adjustments
• Handling Claims
• Maintaining the high customer retention rate
• Answering any queries / complaints





The requirements for the Commercial Account Handler:





• Experienced in the Insurance industry transacting Commercial Insurance contracts new business and renewals
• Familiarity of Commercial SME Packages, Property Owners and Liability Contracts
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and who would like to join a small but growing firm
• Progress towards CII qualifications essential
• Computer skills : Open GI (MISYS) would be beneficial along with Word and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Customer focussed
