My client, a specialist large scale property development company based in Harrogate, are hiring an Office Manager / Accounts Administrator. The position has become available due to the growth of the company and they are looking for someone with a strong accountancy background to come in and run and manage their office.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to;

• Quarterly VAT returns
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Management Accounts
• Payroll (Monthly)
• Managing the administrative side of the company
• Responsible for marketing and social media
• Reception and office duties
• Taking control of the office management
• Assisting the rest of the team where possible

The role is part time at 25 hours a week and my client is looking to pay £10ph. This role is well suited to candidates with strong accounting backgrounds with a minimum of AAT level qualification. The ideal candidate must be personable, intuitive, self motivated and with an eagerness to progress through longevity.
