TEMPING POSITION

PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK - TEMPORARY ROLE
A position has recently become available to work for a well known company based in Leeds. My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the accounts team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Purchase Ledger and assist payment runs on a weekly / monthly basis.

KEY DUTIES

• Reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
• Dealing with payment queries
• Process purchase ledger transactions accurately and within a timely manner
• Complying with company policy and procedures
• Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
• To assist the Finance Manager with any financial tasks

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience within such a role, furthermore my client would like the individuals to be familiar with Excel. My client is looking to pay between £8 - £10ph dependant on the candidate’s experience.
