ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT -LEEDS

My client is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk t to join their accounts team on a full time, permanent basis. This opportunity is a new role due to company expansion and increased requirements; meaning this would be a fantastic role for a keen and motivated individual. You should have previous accounts experience and preferably knowledge of Sage 50.

SUMMARY

• 30 hours per week - flexible hours

• Competitive salary - £16,000 - £18,000

KEY DUTIES

• Managing all aspects of Purchase Ledger
• Processing invoices
• Matching, batching and coding
• Cashbook related queries
• General admin
• ADHOC duties
• Assisting with Sales Ledger as and when needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with a background within Purchase Ledger and also the drive to learn and excel within the role. My client is looking to pay between £16,000 - £18,000 dependant on the candidate’s experience.
