Claims Manager
Location : Bedford
Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 + Company Profit Share + 5% Pension Matched + BUPA Health Care + 25 Days Holiday + Free Parking

Having exceeded the £1m by 25% last year this company are now recruiting for a Claims Manager to join their team.

Duties of the Claims Manager role:

• Manage a team of 5 Commercial Claims Handlers
• Visiting clients on a quarterly basis
• Manage a case load of up to 80 claims
• Ensure a rapid turnaround for all claims
• Allocate work to the team, audits, appraisals
• Ensure the customers receive the highest levels of customer service

About You:
If you are currently working as a Claims Team Leader, Claims Manager, Senior Claims Handler and have experience in handling claims for Corporate Travel, D&O, Corporate Damage, Liability and Material Damage that is now looking for the next step up working for a Global Leading company then this is the role for you.

Requirements of the Claims Manager role:

• 5 Years + Commercial Claims Experience
• Cert CII minimum
• Strong team management experience
• Previous experience working for a broker / loss adjuster
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Live within commutable distance to the office / happy to relocate
