Job Information

Our client a fim of FInancial Advisers requires a Finance Administrator to Support the FInance Director.

The duties are:

• To provide support to the finance Director with regards to e-revenue reconciliation using Iress’s Adviser Office (AO)
• To assist in month end processes
• To support the management and administration team by providing reports from AO
• To reconcile aged debt on a monthly basis
• To assist in managing our document management system - Virtual Cabinet - structure
• To process employee expenses claims
• To update the equipment inventory list
• To update the financial promotions register
• Other tasks as and when the need arises

Education/skills profile



• Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
• Experience of Iress Adviser Office including e-revenue and month end procedures is desirable
• Must have previous experience of working within an IFA practice
• Experience of Lindenhouse Virtual Cabinet is desirable
• Must have excellent customer-care skills
• Will need a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
• Must have an excellent command of English and Maths
• Must be organised, able to work under own initiative, and to undertake a variety of tasks by prioritising work effectively
• Must be willing to undertake continuing professional development (CII / CIMA)
