Due to their ongoing success they now have an opportunity for a Client Services administrator to join their exciting team.
You will be joining the organisation at a very exciting time where you will be able to develop your skills further and will be based within a friendly and professional environment.
Duties of the Client Services Administrator:
• Proactively manage client accounts whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Prepare meeting packs for Client meetings
• Conduct research and write reports from templates and own extensive experience
• Update client records
• Analyse existing financial products
• Establish client objectives
Requirements of the Client Services Administrator:
• At least 2 years experience supporting within an IFA firm (not a bank/provider)
• Able to gather information an assist with fund research, reports and valuation
• Prepare client portfolios prior to meetings
• Provide administrative support to financial advisors and paraplanners
• Use several systems such as Avelo and Xplan to maintain accurate databases
• Qualifications are desirable however not essential: R01,CF1 or FPC1 would be an advantage
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised and knowledgeable
