Company Profile: My client is one of the largest inational brokers in the United Kingdom. They are well established and are a financial stable company which has been established for over 15 years.

Job Description:

• Dealing with Corporate clients of all nature
• Providing support to Account Executives
• Building rapport and maintaining relationships
• Dealing with premiums up to Β£100,000
• Processing correspondence, renewals, pre-renewal activity, quotations and computer input
• Understand client’s situation, opportunities and problems and design of appropriate solutions
• Expand existing client portfolio to include additional covers and to produce new business leads for sales teams.
• Undertaking training in line with agreed objectives and keep up-to-date with technical, legal and market developments via use of e-learning, internal training and reading market related material.

Qualifications:

Experience

• At least 3+ years of experience in dealing with all classes of Commercial Insurance
• Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial, but not essential

Education

• GCSE level or above
• Certificate of Insurance desirable but not essential

Skills

• Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
• Good knowledge of the Commercial market place
• Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products
• Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients
• Working within a team environment
• IT Literate
