Financial Controller

Our client is an established and reputable company with the financial services sector they are recruiting for a Financial Controller - Reporting to the Finance Director this role will suit a commercially and operational focused individual, who is confident in a `hands on role`.

The Role

• Overall responsibility for the Finance function and management of team of the team
• Review of the detailed monthly management accounts and reporting
• Preparing and analysing budgets and forecasts
• Cash flow forecasting and reporting
• Adding commercial value and analysis
• Liaising with external suppliers and clients including Auditors and Agents
• Tax
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management team

The Person

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
• SME experience preferred
• Must have experience of management reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Deadline driven
• Hands-on attitude
