Cameron James Recruitment is currently working with a well-established SME company in the Leeds city centre. They are now looking for a strong Finance Manager to work alongside a partner and support the accounts team.
This exciting and varied role will offer the opportunity for the right candidate to progress.
Responsibilities include
· Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts
· Balance sheet reconciliations
· Liaise with contract department and calculate turnover
· Bank reconciliations on all bank accounts
· Assisting with the year-end and Audit
· Preparation and review of accruals, prepayments and fixed assets schedules
· Preparations of quarterly VAT returns
· Forecasting and distributing weekly cash flows
· Posting and preparing invoices and sales packs ready for month end billing
· Collating and cleansing timesheets ready for billing
· Ownership of month end billing
· Processing payment runs (Supplier, associate and expense runs)
· Auditing process and preparing documentation
· Helping out with MI, including tracking costs for projects
· Carrying out adhoc duties when required

You will be Part Qualified or Finalist level. You will need to have experience in managing and motivating a small team. Candidates will be self-starters who are accustomed to working in fast paced and demanding environments. You will need to have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.

Salary - £25,000 - £35,000
