Cameron James are assisting an SME construction business based in west Leeds in recruiting a Bookkeeper on a temporary basis, initially for a period of one month.

My client, a thriving business who have recently won a number of high profile contracts are looking for a resourceful individual with the ability to work under their own initiative and thrive in a busy, fast paced environment.

Previous experience of working in the construction industry would be ideal. However, if you have experience of working in the manufacturing, engineering or facilities management sectors then this would also be advantageous.



Responsibilities:

• Answering all incoming calls.
• Purchase ordering
• Matching Supplier invoices
• Accounts up to trial balance on Sage
• Credit Control
• Cash flow forecast on Excel
• Ad hoc Duties



Key competencies

• Knowledge of using Sage packages.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment.
• Confident and personable personality.
