My client are an established independent broker and they are looking for an experienced claims professional to join their office in Hull to deal with private and business claims.

Within this role you will be responsible for handling claims from first notification through to settlement, as well as advising clients on claims prevention.

• Handling any technical claims
• Dealing with any complaints
• Ensure a rapid turnaround for all claims
• Managing client expectations throughout the process
• Producing claims reports for clients and Account Executives
• Advising clients on claims procedures
• This position will report directly to two office Directors, who oversees the main function of the claims department in this particular office

Experience Required

• 3 Years + Claims experience with Personal and Commercial
• Cert CII minimum (desirable)
• Broking experience
• Be able to lead by example
• Live within commutable distance to the office

Salary £28,000 (negotiable and dependent upon experience) along with an excellent benefits package.
