Job Information

My client is looking for an energetic Admin Accounts Assistant to join their ‘family feel’ company. My client is a designer and manufacturer of energy management technology. They provide cutting edge technology for their UK based and international clients.

Duties



• Manage Invoices
• Dealing with Petty cash, allocate payments, overdue payments.
• Accounts managing, weekly and monthly reports
• Sales Ledger
• allocating payments
• Setting up new accounts including credit checks
• Credit control
• purchase invoices, bacs payments, matching invoices
• Allocate payments
• Paying TAX/NI, quarterly VAT return
• Checking VAT certificates received against VAT
• Completing Intrastat forms on monthly basis for EC imports
• Addressing any queries relating to IPR shipments

Skills

• Outlook, Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to deal diplomatically and effectively with external stakeholders and internal colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and the confidence to see jobs through without needing micro managing.
• A team player that understands the concept of internal supplier and customer relationships
• A high level of professionalism and discretion, and a sense of humour
• Knowledge and experience of working within ISO Quality systems desirable

Experience of Xero & Receipt Bank although training will be offered

Salary : ยฃ17,500 - ยฃ21,000
