My client is looking for an energetic Admin Accounts Assistant to join their family feel company. My client is a designer and manufacturer of energy management technology. They provide cutting edge technology for their UK based and international clients.Duties
Manage Invoices
Dealing with Petty cash, allocate payments, overdue payments.
Accounts managing, weekly and monthly reports
Sales Ledger
allocating payments
Setting up new accounts including credit checks
Credit control
purchase invoices, bacs payments, matching invoices
Allocate payments
Paying TAX/NI, quarterly VAT return
Checking VAT certificates received against VAT
Completing Intrastat forms on monthly basis for EC imports
Addressing any queries relating to IPR shipments
Skills
Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to deal diplomatically and effectively with external stakeholders and internal colleagues.
Strong organisational skills and the confidence to see jobs through without needing micro managing.
A team player that understands the concept of internal supplier and customer relationships
A high level of professionalism and discretion, and a sense of humour
Knowledge and experience of working within ISO Quality systems desirable
Experience of Xero & Receipt Bank although training will be offered
Salary : ยฃ17,500 - ยฃ21,000
