Our highly reputable and established IFA practise based in Sheffield requires an Administrator, with financial services experience and experience of working wit a paraplanner to offer support to their prestigious wealth management team.

This exciting opportunity requires somebody with previous experience of an administrative role within financial services and a good understanding of an IFA practice.

Reporting into the practice principal, responsibilities within the role will include;

• Processing new business applications in a timely and compliant manner
• Liaising with product providers, clients and callers as necessary
• Inputting new business and maintaining and ensuring that new and existing records, both computerised and manual, are kept up to date
• All Filing - creating new files and maintaining existing files
• Provide administrative and clerical support to consultants as required
• Paraplanning experience is desirable (working closely with a paraplanner)

Experience in an administrative role within an IFA practice is desirable, (possibly in a paraplanning role) as is good computer literacy. Candidates will need good written and verbal skills along with strong organisational skills.
