Cameron James Recruitment is currently working with a well-established SME company in the Ripon area. They are now looking for a strong Finance Manager to manage a small finance team and will be directly reporting to the Margining Director.

This role will be prefect for a management account looking to develop their career and become a Finance Manager

· Manage and oversee cash flow procedure

· Manager and implement a monthly management accounts procedure

· Management supplier payment and Credit Control

· Budgeting & Forecasting Experience

· Provide ongoing financial advice to support the growth of the company

· Producing monthly management accounts

· Balance sheet reconciliations

· Bank reconciliations on all bank accounts

· Assisting with the year-end and Audit

· Supervise and support the finance team

You will be Part Qualified or Finalist level (CIMA / ACCA / ACA). You will need to have experience in managing and motivating a small finance team. Candidates will be self-starters who are accustomed to working in fast paced and demanding environments. You will need to have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Candidate that have a construction, manufacturing or contracting background would be of particular interest to the client.



Salary - £30,000+

Location : Ripon

Hours : 9.00 : 5.00pm Flexible
