Our client is a leading Independent Insurance Broker seeking a Commercial Account Handler in Blackpool.

The role will consist of generating new business and renewal quotations through outbound and inbound calls, processing MTA’s, providing professional advice on insurance matters and adhering to company SLA’s.

Working in an efficient and compliant manner, you will guide clients from first point of contact, through to sale, taking payment and producing policy documentation.

In addition to meeting your Monthly/Annual targets, you will be developing your own pipeline by working alongside the sales team in targeting the businesses and trades in the areas you wish to develop. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers and insurers.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has the following: -

• At Least 2 Years Commercial / Corporate Experience
• Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and prospects
• A proven new business development History
• An ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
• Great working knowledge of the Insurance market
• Fantastic workload management
• Cert CII or progress towards is desirable
