Job Information

We are working with an established Financial Services company based in the city they are looking for an experienced Interim FD to manage the finance function.

Reporting into the MD and the Board, you will be fully responsible for the finance function of this fast growing business, key duties/ responsibilities will include;

• Providing Directors and Shareholders with key financial information, reporting and analysis, including presenting to the board and shareholders
• Production of monthly accounts, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow forecasting
• Company Secretarial duties
• VAT returns
• Payroll and expenses
• Reviewing operating Procedures
• Treasury management
• Involvement with strategic growth and providing financial support and analysis to directors
• Reviewing and implementing tight financial controls, improving systems and procedures and ensuring best practice is adhered

For this role it is essential that candidates are fully qualified ACCA / ACA or CIMA and have proven FD experience working for Financial Services businesses. A strong working knowledge of Sage Line 50 is also essential.
