An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client within the Investment sector; they are looking for an experienced Financial Director to join the team.

Reporting into the Managing Director the role will be a `hands on` position, you will responsible for the full finance function and all the day to day accounting. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Management of the finance team
• Completion of management accounts
• Preparation of the Year-end accounts
• Setting Annual budgets and forecasts
• Cash flow forecasting
• Investment reporting
• Company Secretarial duties
• VAT returns
• Payroll and expenses
• Reviewing operating Procedures
• Treasury management
• Attending management meetings
• Ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will possess a technically strong and hands on background and be able to demonstrate that they have experience to do the role and add value.
