Junior Commercial Account Handler
Stalybridge
Up to £18,000 per Annum

Do you have over one year’s insurance industry experience, strong telephony skills and are looking for a new & challenging role£

I’m working with an established independent brokerage who deals within the Commercial market from their office in Stalybridge. They are on the lookout for individuals with experience of working within the insurance industry, whether it be Commercial insurance or Personal Lines and are keen to join a busy, growing business.

As an Account Handler you will be working alongside a hardworking team of insurance professionals and your focus will be to act as a primary point of contact for brokers who have existing clients with the business, dealing with queries and MTA’s whilst maintaining a professional relationship. Other responsibilities include dealing directly with clients who are looking for a quotation, fact-finding over the phone before sending the details through to the Underwriters for a quotation.

Requirements;

• 1 year’ minimum working within the insurance market, either in a Commercial or Personal Lines environment
• The ability to work well within a team environment but using your own initiative to succeed
• Desire to apply yourself and develop your own skillset within the role
• Strong telephony skills
• A confident and professional personality
