My Hampton based client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Financial Controller opportunity offering candidates room for progression in the long term. You will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller and will be managing a team of 6.

Candidates will have strong communication skills to liaise with managers at all levels, strategic and commercial experience and someone who can lead a team successfully.

Duties include:

• Producing the management accounts
• Foreign exchange rates - purchasing of currency
• Expenses
• Managing job closing to agreed schedule
• Assisting in the preparation of Financial Accounts
• Assisting with credit control
• Payroll analysis
• Fixed assets schedule

You will be working closely with the Financial Controller and heading up daily team meetings.

Key skills:

• ACCA/CIMA/ ACA Qualified or part qualified
• 3 years + commercial experience
• Previous management experience

Offering competitive salary of c£35k (flexible dependent on experience)
