My client is currently looking for a Senior Payroller to join their team on a 2-3 month temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. Applicants will have experience working with an outsourced payroll provider

Duties include:

• Managing outsourced payroll provider (essentially Ceridian)
• Manually calculate payslips (PAYE/NI)
• Collating of information
• Liaising with HR
• Producing reports
• Reconciliations
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Allowances and Deductions Payroll Elements
• Share Incentive Plans / Save as Your Earn Schemes
• Pensions knowledge (auto enrolment)
• AXA PPP - Medical Cover
• Irish Payroll
• Investigating Account reconciliations and clearing down
• HR and payroll Data cleanse
• Processing Expenses
• Dealing with payroll queries
• Posting journals

Key skills:

• Able to manually calculate PAYE/NI
• Previously worked with outsourced payrollers as well as running own payrolls
