Our client a successful IFA based firm in the Centre of Leeds requires an experienced Administrator to offer administration support and maintenance to a reputable IFA Firm. You will work closely with the Advisers and Paraplanners helping keep the office administration efficient.

This exciting opportunity requires somebody with previous experience in an Administration role within financial services and Qualifications to match, However extensive Experience rather than Qualifications may be suitable.

Reporting to a Technical Director, responsibilities within the role will include;

• Day to day running of the office
• Experience in a similar previous role & IFA environment is essential. Good computer literacy is expected Candidates will need good written and verbal skills along with strong organisational skills.
• Helping Advisers and Paraplanners on a daily basis
• General administration of the office and Administration duties with the documentation of the Paraplanners and Advisers.
