Our clients, A firm of Financial Advisors based in Nottingham are looking to recruit an employed advisor to compliment their already successful team. Their area of advice are retirement Planning, Individual and Group Pensions Schemes, Inheritence Tax Planning, Protection etc.

• Employed Position
• Diploma qualified and working towards or attained Chartered status
• Salary Negotiable and dependent upon experience and transferrable client bank
• Core transferrable client bank required
• Between two to four times Death in Service cover
• Bonus Scheme : Short Term Incentive Plan based on 50% of net income received by the company, which exceeds 2.25 times basic salary
• Long Term Incentive Plan based on fee income secured, but broadly 1 times contracted income subject to minimum £100,000
• Car Allowance up to £5k non- targeted & business mileage
• Full business support from an assigned administrator/paraplanner
• Access to office Technology to include Xplan, Morning Star Adviser Workstation, and Selectapension
• Company Laptop provided
• Mobile phone allowance up to £50 per month business calls
• Award winning Centralised Investment Plan
