Job Information

My client, based in Leeds is currently recruiting for a Contract and Finance Assistant with strong knowledge of Eque2 software to join their continually expanding accounts team. The ideal candidate will be primarily managing all aspects of the contract management and financial controls of key large accounts and contracts within the business and will provide support and information to key staff as and when required.

Responsibilities



• Producing financial reports for management
• Contract payment and invoicing
• Credit Control
• The tracking, management and reporting of retention
• Liaise with clients and suppliers
• The initial arrangement of contracts and associated templates, inputting and processing, tracking and reporting
• CIS processing and payments
• Client account management
• Compiling information and reporting
• Provide training on basic operation to staff

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in an accounting / finance environment
• Knowledge of the Eque2 is essential

The nature of this role demands flexibility, creativity, communication skills and organisation with regards to managing multi million pound contracts and clients.

Salary : £18,000 : £25,000
