Cameron James are working with a German Financial Services Company, they are looking for a Product Accountant to join the team. The organisation is highly reputable and very well established. They offer financial services to a wide range of companies, banks, institutional investors and the public sector worldwide.

You will be part of a team of 5 creating the monthly reporting packages, Bundesbank and Management reports.

· Must have product accounting knowledge - Bonds, Money Market and Derivative instruments.
· IFRS Knowledge
· Exposure to HGB (German GAAP) and UK Corporation Tax welcome but not essential.
· Intermediate Excel, Word, Access, VBA skills.
· Highly numerate
· Experience of MIDAS Plus and Murex desirable.
· German is a plus, not essential

Your role will be responsible for the Monthly Bundesbank reporting and you will also be trained as the backup for the Bank of England reporting (any past experience would be useful but training will be given.) You will be responsible for the reconciliation of suspense and fixed asset accounts, and production of the reporting packages under both IFRS and HGB. You will have the chance to become involved with bank wide projects such as the current 'Branch Reporter' project.
