I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist, to join a specialist consultancy organisation based in Nottingham.

This is a newly created, standalone role, which will suit an experienced, CIPD qualified Advisor introduce change, policy and procedure and elevate the status and importance of HR in a growing company.

With a headcount of c100, you will be responsible for all ER issues, performance management, recruitment and retention and an element of L&D.

This role combines that sought after mix of gaining exposure to the implementation of company strategy coupled with the hands on and day to day operational elements.

The ideal candidate will be a strong HR generalist with a broad understanding of employment law and a solution-focused approach to resolving ER issues. You will be a self starter and familiar with operating within an expanding, commercial environment. You will have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels and provide high quality support at all times in a calm manner.
