We are seeking an appointment setter to join the team. This position would suit a confident and outgoing individual with strong sales skills and will provide huge career progression opportunities!

A successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships and sell over the phone. If the correct attributes are shown during your time as an Appointment Setter, you can expect to receive training to become an Account Handler.

Main duties will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service for our portfolio of clients
• Generate new business
• Contacting prospective new customers
• Providing product information
• Collating date and securing appointments for members of the sales team

For this role you will require some customer service skills, preferably telephony sales.
