My client, a distinguished and respected organisation, is looking for a project based HR professional to join a specific part of the business.

The focus of this role is cost saving/improvement with regard to HR policies and in particular recruitment.

You will be responsible for minimising the need for recruitment spend and develop an in-house recruitment process. Developing a talent pool of 24/7 care and support workers will be a key part of this role.

Additionally you will review terms of business, overtime spend and benchmark holiday and remuneration packages to industry standards.

Not only will the role require you to make reasoned recommendations, but you will also need to deliver and focus on your findings.

To be considered you will be from a generalist HR background with significant involvement in reward, recruitment, project based work and delivering change.

This is a 2 year fixed term contract.
