Job Information

A top-tier IFA firm with a national presence are looking to add an administrator to their expanding London team.

The role:

• Processing new business, chasing and obtaining provider valuations, preparing client files, writing reports and preparing client file reviews
• First point of contact for all client enquiries, dealing with IFA’s diary management and day to day administration
• Developing long term into a paraplanning role, therefore someone seeking to complete DipFA would suit this role

Essential experience:

• Administration experience at an IFA, with knowledge of wraps, platforms and systems
• Computer literacy, strong skills on Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Some qualifications, e.g. R01 or CF1
• Excellent telephone manner, polished and professional
