As a recruitment consultment within this business, you may come from a number of different backgrounds:



You may be an experienced recruiter, perhaps you are currently in a recruitment role but not enjoying either the sector, the constant KPI targets or company culture, this could be the ideal next move for you. This is a 360 role, however more time is spent in filling the roles that the constant business development. The industries and roles you recruit within are fun, intelligent and interesting.....is that you?



Secondly, you may have a real passion or education within Marketing, Creative and Digital industries. Although you are unable to work in these particular roles, why not recruit in these areas?
