Our client is a global professional services company based in Central London they are looking for a Senior Billing Clerk to join the business. This exciting and varied role will include the following duties:

• Prepare intercompany billing reports
• Reconcile client accounts
• Post all timesheets and duplicate timesheet entries
• Set up new project codes on the system
• Chasing payment of outstanding queries
• Revenue recognition
• Reporting

Role requirements

• Experience in sales ledger and billings
• Used to hitting tight reporting deadlines with an eye for accuracy and completeness
• Experience in an SME international company environment
• Working knowledge of job costings
• European VAT / Taxes knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Professional services background
• Strong attention to detail
