Job Information

My Bradford based client is looking for a purchase ledger clerk to start immediately on a 6-month contract.

Duties will include:

• Work as a senior member of the purchase ledger team providing an effective streamlined and customer-focused service.
• Assist in the planning of the team’s work and provide guidance to other team members.
• Confirming that all purchase ledger, personal expenses and utility transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with all Anchor policies, procedures and the delegation of authority.
• Ensure that all issues relating to the processing of purchase ledger transactions are correctly handled and cleared.
• Responsible for ensuring that all correctly approved transactions are accounted for and in a timely manner
• Working with others to develop and implement on-going improvements to the procurement, purchase ledger and payments processes
• Ensuring that all payment transactions have been correctly approved and accounted for in accordance with Anchor’s policies and procedures and the delegation of authority



Salary : £22,000 Pro Rata
