Job Information

My Leeds based client is looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract.

Main Duties:

• Setting up and liaising with suppliers.
• Working alongside the Accounts team, providing admin support.
• Processing manual invoice.
• Covering the daily direct debit run when required.
• Covering the daily invoicing run when required.
• Processing and distributing invoices as required..
• To continuously review processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide accurate and timely accountancy support as required by your supervisor to enable management information to be produced.
