Job Information

Our IT client based near Victoria are currently recruiting for a Contract Renewal Manager position on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will be to focus solely on their existing client base and renewing client contracts.

Duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of approx. 350 clients
• Revenue forecasting for maintenance
• Managing the renewal process
• Organising and sending quotes out to clients before renewal dates
• Identifying issues and finding solutions with client managers
• Invoicing sales
• Reconciling of Deferred Revenue schedule
• Chasing and collecting customer base invoices
• Developing relationships with clients to ensure prompt payments of invoices
• Forecasting cash flow

• Confident
• Excellent communication skills
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Salesforce experience ideal but not essential

The client is looking for a candidate to start initially on a temporary basis but with the view of going permanent for the right candidate

Candidates must be immediately available or on one weeks notice

Salary based on £30k
