Commercial Insurance Account Handler

Location Near Chepstow

Salary up to £28,000 DOE Pension Bonus and other flexible benefits



Our client is a well-respected Insurance Broker advising clients on all types of commercial insurance as well as a small amount of personal lines insurance. As a company, we place a large emphasis on customer service and personal relationships resulting in clients of long standing.

They are looking for an Ideal applicant to join the team. This person should have the experience of handling Small / Medium sized businesses, sole traders and self-employed clients as well as property landlords.

Ideally you would be able to show the following qualities:

• Able to handle all types of business insurance for example business packages, motor traders, fleet, liability, and property.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance.
• Excellent polite communication skills either by telephone or in front of clients.
• The ability to successfully look after an existing client account.
• Required to be self-motivated to expand their own and the Company’s client base.
• Demonstrate that they can work professionally and in a close small team environment.
• Hold a flexible and adaptable approach to the handling of all the other day to day duties of the office.
• Experience of Open GI computer system would be an advantage.
