Job Information

Our Client specialises in HNW mortgages and bridging loans for residential commercial clients.

The team require administrative support to effectively manage a growing number of international private clients.

Full training (including CeMAP) and personal development is provided as well as a basic salary, bonus and benefits. Progression and training provided, although experience in mortgage and client administration a definite advantage as are any CeMAP qualifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not an exhaustive list)

• Record and process new client business
• Analyse the client profiles for risks and potential
• Liaise with real estate and finance brokers to keep transactions moving
• Maintain contact with existing clients and record progress of transactions.
• Meet and greet clients, organise appointments for brokers
• Develop contacts for new partners in the course of business.
• General administration duties
• Comply with UK laws, regulations and internal controls as well as all new FCA guideline policies and procedures and support the sales and service culture of the organisation.

Whilst it is not necessary for the client to have previous experience within the financial services industry, any working knowledge would be an advantage.

Requirements

• Experience with UK mortgage application preparation. Both Commercial and residential and ideally have bridging knowledge.
• Good attention to detail, a liking for process, concise telephone manner and excellent communication skills together with a positive attitude.
