We are working with a large international organisation and they are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the business.

This role would be ideal for an experienced HR Professional who has good generalist HR knowledge and strong HR administration.

Reporting into the European HR Director, the role involves full HR administration and support, driving HR processes and agenda, whilst supporting strategic initiatives across the European regions. Key duties and responsibilities include;

•Providing day to day support to the HR Director on all areas of HR administration
•Involved with all generalist areas of HR - Reward, Comp & bens, Strategic HR initiatives, HR projects and managing all communication from the HR Director to the relevant regions
•Partnering with the regional European HR Directors, rolling out HR projects and initiatives (across c4000 employees across 12 European countries)
•Providing information, presentations and communications for regional Directors to roll out across the business
•Managing Internal Communication efforts and promoting best practice in support of the Company’s growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions Co-ordination of HR support for the European Functions
•Co-ordination of HR System Maintenance, HR Reporting (Incl. KPI’s) and HR Meeting requirements
•Supporting the executive HR team with all HR admin support
•Dealing with any queries and providing advice and support on HR initiatives to managers across the business
•Communicating and managing the executive teams compensation and incentives plan - tracking incentives, bonus calculation and payments, salary planning and review process
•Supporting regional HR Leaders to resolve various HR cases and queries
•Restructuring & Redundancy project management exposure

For this role it is essential that candidates hold solid HR experience - ideally officer or advisor level and have proven HR administration experience.

As you are supporting the executive management team, you must have very strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Large company background is essential for this role and ideally candidates will have experience of dealing with European or US divisions.

There will be some travel to another UK office, so candidates will ideally drive.
