Our client is a leading Asset Manager with a UK office in the City.

Compliance Manager role:

Overall Purpose of the Job:

To ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and internal Group policies applicable to the London Branch and and to provide assistance to the business line with regard to matters relating to Compliance,

Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and Terrorist Financing, OFAC Regulation and sanctions policies

Market Abuse Monitoring

Financial Security, Bribery and Corruption

Work with Management to ensure that Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering manuals and operating procedures include well defined steps for complying with regulatory requirements, including written guidance and maintenance of records to evidence that procedures are being followed. In addition the role holder will ensure that in-house rules set out in manuals and operating procedures are in line with regulatory requirements.

In accordance with Group policy and FCA Rules, Senior Management has primary responsibility for complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations and policies that affect the activities of our Client.
