We are working with a well-established services based organisation and they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist.

Based in North London, this is an immediate need and to start ASAP - so candidates must be either immediately available or on 1 week's notice.

Reporting into the HR Director (remotely based), the role is responsible for all aspects of the day to day HR function for the business and will manage 1 HR Assistant. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

•Managing all aspects of the HR function - all day to day management, providing HR support to around 220 employees across 3 sites
•HR System and Administration management
•Recruitment and Selection
•Employee Relations and Performance Management
•Training and Development
•Employee Engagement and Retention
•Compensation, Salary Review and Payroll
•Turnover and Retention
•HR Admin support
•Project work - new system implementation, updating HR policies and procedures, new HR initiatives etc.

For this role candidates must have proven experience at this level and hold varied generalist HR experience and be CIPD Qualified.

This role would be ideal for an experienced HR Manager, HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up.

Candidates must have strong communication skills and have a straight talking attitude, in addition to being confident taking a hands on approach within all aspects of HR - including being involved with HR administration.

Ideally candidates will hold a UK drivers license as they will be some travel across sites when required to attend ER related meetings (although this is not essential).
