Our client is a highly-respected broker in Leeds City Centre. They are seeking a Trainee Commercial Insurance Administrator to join their professional and friendly office.

Responsibilities

• Diary Management, e.g. looks ahead in calendars, prevents scheduling conflicts, avoids back-to-back meetings.
• Meeting preparation
• General assistance as required for the Department
• Act as central focal point of the department, both internally and externally to the department, for information about the department
• Maintaining department records, such as organisation charts, training records, risk logs, distribution lists and floor plans
• Booking / arranging large / complex meetings

Skills
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point, Outlook
